Twins fans are some of the most loyal people on earth. We deserve ownership that matches that energy.
We built a tiny site with a big button. It's simple by design. Click the red SELL button, and add your voice. That’s it. No accounts. No registration. One click = one vote. One message to a family that treats a Major League franchise like their other business ventures: tone deaf and out of touch with anyone and everyone who cares about this club.
Because the Twins faithful know the difference between a small-market budget and small-time ambition. We have watched great players leave and good years stall out because the ceiling in this house always seems to be eight feet. The Pohlads have had decades to prove they can run a modern baseball organization at the level this market deserves. The results speak for themselves, and they amount to a shrug.
This city shows up. This fan base travels. Players fight from April to September. Ownership should meet that standard. If they can’t or won’t, they should sell to someone who will.
See that big red SELL button? Click it. The counter ticks up for everyone to see. It is not scientific polling. It is a scoreboard for frustration. It is a way to say we are here, we care, and we are tired of the same script. Click it once, or as many times as you need.
Share this page with your softball team. Drop it in your group chat. Send it to your uncle who still brings up 1987 before every Opening Day. Let the votes be counted, and let them climb.
Send this page to three fans who know exactly why this matters
If you want more payroll, vote. If you want fewer excuses, vote. If you want the Twins to feel as big as this fan base acts, vote.
Selling would say that the Twins are not a sleepy asset to offset bad business debt. It would reinvigorate this fanbase. It'd ring out, loudly, as a believable commitment to try. New ownership would not guarantee parades, but it would reset the culture from cautious to committed. From hopeless to hungry.
You have had your innings. You've had your chances. If your vision for the Minnesota Twins cannot keep pace with the energy of this fanbase, or the price to be paid for fielding a competitive Championship team, then do the right thing. Sell. Let this market breathe. Let the people be free of your spiritless stewardship of this franchise.
Until then, we will keep mashing that button and keep the counter moving. Because in Minnesota, we are polite. We are patient. We are also very clear.
PS: A note to players, coaches, and staff (basically anyone in the organization not named Pohlad)
This is not about you. We appreciate the work, the grind, and the heart it takes to play 162 and then some. To manage, to coach, to lead. This is about the top floor. It is about the lack of vision, lack of investment, and the lack of standards that get set before the first pitch is thrown. You deserve owners who invest in you. Period.
